About the Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups + 2 tbsp AP flourÂ
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt (+pinch of sea salt)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter (cold and cubed)
3/4 cup + 4 tsp light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 cups of milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup m&ms
1/4 sprinkles of your choice
Preparation
STEP 1: In a bowl, sift together your flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Leave aside.
STEP 2: In a mixer or by hand, beat the cold butter until it comes together. For example, the butter should stick together into a big piece. This is when its ready to have the sugar added!
STEP 3: Add in the white and brown sugar, mix with creamed butter until combined.
STEP 4: Then add the vanilla extract and cold eggs. Mix until combined
STEP 5: Slowly add and fold in the flour mixture.
STEP 6: Now by hand, add in the chocolate chips, m&ms, and sprinkles. The sprinkles I have used here are linked on my Amazon storefront.
STEP 7: Mix the dough and toppings until just combined and divide into small balls. I make mine about the size of a golf ball, so that they're larger cookies once baked. Line a tray with parchment or a silicone mat.
STEP 8: Bake at 375F for 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!
