Ingredients

Dough

1 packet of instant yeast

1 cup of warm milk

1 egg

3 cups of bread flour

1/4 cup unsalted butter (room temp)

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp honey


Rosemary Garlic Butter

melted unsalted butter

rosemary sprigs 

minced garlic

sea salt

Preparation

Step 1: Begin with the dough by mixing the instant yeast, warm milk, sugar, and honey together in a large bowl. Then sift in your flour and salt. Add the egg. Mix until a rough dough forms.


Step 2: Cube up the butter and add to the dough. Continue to knead it up smooth for a few minutes.


Step 3: Let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).


Step 4: One proofed, roll into about 12-14 balls.


Step 5: Line them into a 9x14in pan. Let proof again another hour.


Step 6: Bake at 350F for about 20-23 minutes.


Step 7: For the butter topping, mix together melted butter, some rosemary sprigs, minced garlic, and sea salt in a small bowl. Spread it onto the warm buns! Enjoy!
