About the Recipe
This cinnamon sugar cake comes out beautifully and is super easy to make. It will cure your cinnamon sugar craving and can most definitely be eaten for not just a dessert, but breakfast too.

Ingredients
Cake
1/4 cup unsalted butter (room temp)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg (room temp)
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (room temp)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup AP flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the greek yogurt and baking soda until fluffy. Leave aside.
Step 2
In another bowl, beat together the white sugar and butter until fluffy.
Step 3
Afterward, add your egg and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Sift in the flour, salt and baking powder. Slowly add the greek yogurt mixture to the bowl. Mix the two unitl just combined.
Step 5
Add to 6 inch across cake pan and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar and walnuts on top.
Step 6
Bake at 350 for 35-40min! Enjoy.
